Our mission is to keep the existing building and expand it into something far more ambitious:

More for the community

An aspirational seafront facility and destination that actually lives up to the site’s potential.

Not a downgrade. Not a compromise. Not a tick-box project.

And importantly, no blocks of flats on this site.
