A question mark remains over the government systems that failed to protect a healthy, capable woman from prolonged harm, coercion, and systemic concealment. 

The following urgent concerns require transparent investigation and immediate action:

✅ Independent verification of identity, passport, immigration, and official travel records to establish the full truth and uncover any manipulation of personal records.
✅ Investigation into forced false relationship narratives used to control, discredit, or isolate her through coercive psychological tactics.
✅ Investigation into financial fraud, benefit fraud, and grant fraud involving misuse of her identity, finances, entitlements, or public support systems for unlawful gain.
✅ Investigation into forged and tampered documents that may have been used to misrepresent facts, obstruct justice, or interfere with lawful rights.
✅ Investigation into intentional exposure to unsafe and degrading environments, including allegations of filthy living conditions, degrading treatment, and deliberate circumstances intended to cause harm.
✅ Investigation into covert medication or non-consensual substances allegedly administered to weaken health, impair judgement, or create dependency without informed consent.
✅ Investigation into medical negligence and abuse where a healthy and capable woman may have been wrongly treated as vulnerable for exploitation or control.
✅ Inquiry into cruel custodianship and coercive control, including gangstalking-like techniques allegedly used to intimidate, destabilise, and cause psychological harm.
✅ Immediate reopening of the NHS medical case, with a new independent and impartial team of investigators and medical professionals, to ensure a fair review of all evidence and prior medical decisions.
✅ Immediate registration of FIRs and criminal proceedings wherever evidence supports criminal misconduct.
✅ Restoration of the right to work by correcting tampered records and removing barriers created through false allegations or manipulated documentation.
✅ Access to reconstructive healthcare, trauma support, financial compensation, and wellbeing services to address the long-term impact of abuse.
✅ Transparency under the Right to Information frameworks in India, the USA, and the UK so institutional actions and omissions can be independently examined.
✅ Relocation to a safe environment free from harassment, surveillance, intimidation, and exploitation.
✅ Immediate action against fraudulent networks that recruit women through fake job offers while concealing the true nature of the work or intended exploitation.
✅  Formal recognition that no rights have been granted to any third party, individual, organisation, or media outlet to represent, discuss, disclose, or interfere in this case or any related matters, including finances, health, or decision-making, without the woman’s explicit written legal consent, as any form of representation, communication, or action requires prior formal authorisation.
✅ Recognition of violated rights, including the right to dignity, bodily autonomy, privacy, personal liberty, due process, basic resources for survival, safety, and equal protection under the law.
