Petition updateOne of the worst acts of oppression against a woman in human historyDemand Justice for Cross-Border Abuse, Medical Horror & Governmental Cover-Up
May BloomLondon, ENG, United Kingdom
Apr 12, 2026

This is a life-threatening human rights crisis. She is an Indian citizen by birth, a breast cancer survivor, and a UK postgraduate professional and has endured almost a decade of systematic abuse, medical neglect, identity fraud, and institutional abandonment spanning the UK and India. Despite submitting substantial evidence for over a year, Indian authorities have not filed a single FIR for trafficking to Gujarat under the lure of a job at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

We demand immediate action from human rights bodies, courts, and governments in both countries and international anti-torture organisations.

What Happened

Timeline
Abuse & Institutional Failure
2019
Diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK, she underwent a forced right-sided mastectomy but was denied reconstructive surgery, aftercare, and psychological support.
2019–2020
Severe domestic abuse by ex-partner in UK; authorities took no action despite multiple incidents
August 2020
Violent episode forced homelessness; moved through 15–20 unstable/unsafe accommodations with no safeguarding or support
In 2024 a UK citizenship application was submitted but deliberately denied the right to work, leaving her financially destitute. Legal/social records compromised—someone falsely claimed co-residency (possible immigration/financial fraud).
Lured back to India under the guise of a job opportunity, I encountered sexual harassment and exploitation.
2025–2026
Submitted evidence to Indian courts for NO FIR filed in Gujarat until now. Suggests institutional obstruction or cover-up, no proper Right to information to add to harassment. Torture multiplies with every plea for help and complaint.
Two incidents where passport was confiscated—including 2 years during COVID restricting mobility
2021 and then in September 2024 by the UK Home Office.

April 2026
Financially destitute, psychologically traumatized
Recent (2026)
In August 2025, she was compelled to relocate to a different state for safety, following months of law enforcement inaction. Communication channels are systematically blocked, altered, or diverted to prevent access to help.
2025–2026
LinkedIn and GoFundMe accounts were compromised during the campaign (LinkedIn has been restored, and GoFundMe recovery is ongoing). Digital interference continuing

Grave Concerns Raising Human Rights Violations
Passport Fraud & Identity Manipulation: The Indian Embassy in Birmingham issued a passport that appears digitally manipulated. No verification was provided, despite multiple formal requests from the central and state governments in India.
Record Tampering: Conflicting dates across official systems regarding UK departure, potential tampering with travel and residency records, and conflicting reasons for leaving the UK.
Medical Negligence: Denial of reconstructive cancer surgery since 2019; no healthcare access since 2022; reports suggest possible unauthorised medical procedures to make her helpless and dependent; overtreatment or fake diagnoses; and possibly sophisticated medical fraud supporting another patient.
State-Enabled Exploitation: vulnerable woman trapped in cross-border system prioritizing bureaucracy over humanity

What she Urgently Demands
✅ Independent verification of identity, passport, and official travel records
✅ Investigation into financial fraud, medical negligence, identity interference, and abuse
✅ Immediate registration of FIRs and criminal proceedings where due
✅ Access to reconstructive surgery, healthcare, financial compensation, and mental health services
✅ Restoration of right to work and correction of all tampered official documents
✅ Transparency through India, the USA and UK Right to Information (RTI) framework
✅ Relocation to a safe environment, free from harassment and exploitation
✅ Ban on fraudulent operations that recruit women through fake job offers and conceal true nature of work

Why This Matters
This incident is not an isolated case—it reflects widespread institutional failures across both the UK and India that have enabled the following:

Domestic abuse with no police action. Governmental organizations—the Indian Embassy in Birmingham enabled trafficking through a fake job offer from Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Gujarat.
Medical torture guised as medical treatment
Identity manipulation and possible passport fraud. Financial destitution through work rights denial
Systematic blocking of communication channels to prevent help-seeking
When a woman's destruction and humiliation is public, accountability should also be public.

This petition exposes an ongoing human rights and gender justice crisis where silence and systemic apathy have replaced accountability.
