Despite years of evidence and repeated appeals, there is still:
No action from authorities in the UK or India against the perpetrators.
No formal complaint or charges registered against those responsible for domestic abuse, financial exploitation, identity interference, and now technology traps designed to monitor and control. Silence from UK courts and institutions on NHS medical misconduct and negligence, including denial of breast reconstruction, ethical follow‑up cancer care, and psychological support.
In September 2024 , denied right to work in the UK, being forced to India under a guise of fake job offer in Gujarat Ahmedabad and it worsed her situation when exposed to fatal conditions and sexual harassment.
In reality, this means a woman is being forced to live:
Without the right to work, trapped in imposed unemployment or meagre, sporadic income that is just enough to keep her barely alive.
Blocked, hacked, deleted and any taken over Gofundme fundraiser, hence devoiding any ethical fundraising.
Under ongoing psychological torture and forced isolation, with communications hijacked, movements tracked via technology traps (hacked devices, surveillance apps, digital stalking), and basic decisions stripped away.
With fraudulent control over her finances, where access to her own money and legal identity appears to have been routed through fraudsters and property cons.
Subject to covert poisoning and non‑consensual medication aimed at breaking her morale, silencing her, and destroying her ability to rebuild her life.
No woman should be expected to survive like this—after cancer, after domestic abuse, and after years of institutional betrayal.
Urgent Demands for Justice:-
Through this petition, I now urgently demand:
An immediate ban on any covert channeling, freezing, or third‑party control of my finances and assets. An immediate end to covert poisoning, forced or non‑consensual medication, psychological torture, technology traps, and forced isolation.
Recognition and accountability for six years of medical negligence, identity interference, and systemic abuse across borders.
Disclosure of any fraudulent spousal claims along with the images. Quash any unauthorised rights and gains made through forgery.
Fair compensation for the negligence, loss of health, loss of work, and psychological trauma I have been forced to endure.
Restoration of my right to work, live safely, and access independent ethical healthcare free from interference and intimidation.
Call to International Human Rights Bodies
This case demands urgent global attention.
I call on:
UN Human Rights Council and OHCHR to investigate cross-border violations under the Declaration of Basic Principles of Justice for Victims of Crime and Abuse of Power.
Goverment of India to put a ban on such practices and creepy organisations that attacks woman's dignity and puts a vulnerable woman's life in danger by exploitaiton and torchure.
Amnesty International to address technology-enabled abuse and medical negligence.
Human Rights Watch to probe institutional silence in UK/India on women's rights, health, and digital surveillance.
European Court of Human Rights for oversight on NHS failures and Article 2/3 breaches (right to life, freedom from inhuman treatment).
