Do you watch the shocking earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, wildfires, floods and typhoons in the news and feel uneasy, worrying that these disasters will befall you one day?
Recently, many people have been talking about a prophetic dream by Japanese Ryūju Ryo, predicting that a major earthquake and tsunami will strike Japan, Taiwan, and the Philippines on July 5 this year. As a result, people are preparing emergency kits. Coincidentally, on April 2, Supreme Master Television broadcast an even more urgent message: Supreme Master Ching Hai warned that from the 1st of June, 2025 until November 15th, same year, about half a year, the fire from the Sun will penetrate and descend onto Earth, causing a destructive explosion during this period of time. People will die group-wise and local-wise. 67% of the population will die, and 15% wounded.
The only immediate and effective solution for humanity to escape this doom, she said, is for 96% of us to adopt a vegan lifestyle by June 1, 2025. As a consequence of our killing of animals, the cruel, wicked, vicious negative force gets an excuse to produce an apocalyptic destruction on Earth. Thus, the vegan compassionate energy can terminate the energy of the dark force. This is the only solution.
We are all afraid of death, of losing our loved ones, and of the world becoming increasingly dangerous. But what if someone told you that a simple change—starting with your next meal—could reduce the severity of disasters and help you live a longer, healthier life? Would you try it?
That change is choosing a healthy plant-based diet. By not eating meat, eggs & milk and instead consuming more vegetables, fruits, legumes, and grains, you can not only improve your health, but also show your love for the Earth. Scientists have long known that animal agriculture is a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions, even more than all the world’s cars, ships, and planes combined. A 2023 Oxford University study published in Nature Food found that a vegan diet reduces food-related greenhouse gas emissions by 75% compared to high meat eaters (those consuming ≥100 grams of meat per day). Even low meat eaters significantly reduce their environmental impact—by at least 30%—compared to high meat eaters. This means if most people switch to a plant-based diet, climate-related disasters could be reduced by about 30%.
On a personal level, a plant-based diet has been shown to reduce your risk of cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and chronic illness, while also slowing aging and protecting you from premature death.
Being vegan isn’t difficult. Starting today, simply replace animal proteins with plant-based options—beans, nuts, seeds and whole grains are all rich in protein. Swap dairy milk for soy or nut milk, and replace meat with tofu, dried tofu, yuba, or nuts. For example, you could enjoy stir-fried tofu and vegetables with rice or noodles, or oatmeal topped with nuts, fruit and soy milk. Simple, right? Yet this small step can help make the air cleaner, the water safer, and the future more secure for you and your family—while also helping to save the planet.
Close your eyes and imagine: you are sitting at the table, enjoying a warm bowl of vegetable soup. Your body is relaxed. Your heart is at ease, knowing that you are helping cool the Earth and extend your life. Now imagine if we all made this change—our children’s future would no longer be the apocalyptic images on the news, but instead a world of blue skies and green lands.
It all starts when you put down your table knife and stop eating a single bite of meat.
The Book of Jonah in the Bible offers us hope. In the story, God sends the prophet Jonah to warn the people of Nineveh that disaster will strike in 40 days because of their sins unless they repent. Surprisingly, the people listen, repent, and fast—even the king puts on sackcloth in humility. When God sees their sincere repentance, He forgives them, and the disaster is averted.
Try it today. Choose plant-based love—for those you love, for yourself, and for this scarred world. In just several weeks, we will find out if this can save our lives. At the very least, it will help us live with more peace, and with nothing to lose.
