Tranquility park is known for many things, among them is its expansive trails. The trails of Tranquility have been a beloved spot for both experienced riders and beginners alike. It’s been the home of classes during the summer, and sport during the winter. Yet, the city is trying to pull dirt from tranquility, and choose the most frequented hill in the entire park to be its victim. From uphill training and casual riding, it’s seen its use for years, and is the single spot in the park suitable for classes. At the expense of the trails, the city is trying to raise the soccer fields. Our goal is to try and raise signatures to convince the city to spare our beloved trails, and source the dirt through less devastating means.
