O problema
Animals are not "things" in Portugal since 2016, so, no platform should encourage buying/selling of animals.
Olx, Portugal continues sells : Farm Animals ,Birds, Dogs ,Horses ,Insects ,Fishs,Reptiles,Rodents,Cats, etc
Why the legislation don't work in Portugal? He have laws for what? What are the punish for those who sells or buy?
Where are the Laws that prohibits exhibition and sale of animals in shop windows and cages?
The Animal Party congratulates and compares to the most developed countries in Europe: "This is a historical milestone, which brings Portugal closer to the most developed countries in these matters, the case of Austria, the first country to approve a legal status of the animal in 1988, but also of France, Switzerland, New Zealand, Germany, among others ."
But it 's just cheap talk !!: There are no laws that prohibiting animals in circuses, pet shops, online sales, bullfights TV channes,etc.
We are far from being compared to the countries that this Animal Party wants to appear to be !! Ridiculous!!Shame on you!!
Work for the dignity of animals. Make laws with punishment and then, yes, you can compare to those countries !!

All that is behind the sale of animals is cruelty of production of puppies without conditions and that OLX will not check. With so many animals to adopt, with so many canils full, how is it possible to sell animals? For money and greed, of course!!

Olx, Portugal continua a vender: Animais de Qunta, Aves, Cães, Cavalos, Insetos, Peixes, Répteis, Roedores, Gatos, etc.
Por que a legislação não funciona em Portugal? Ele tem leis para quê? Quais são os castigos para quem vende ou compra?
Onde estão as leis e punições que proíbem a exposição e venda de animais em vitrines e gaiolas?
O PAN felicita-se e compara-se com os países mais desenvolvidos da Europa: "Este é um marco histórico, que aproxima Portugal dos países mais desenvolvidos nestes assuntos, o caso da Áustria, primeiro país a aprovar o estatuto legal do animal em 1988, mas também da França, Suíça, Nova Zelândia, Alemanha, entre outros. "
Mas é apenas conversa barata !!: Não existem leis que proíbam animais em circos, lojas de animais, vendas on-line, corridas de TV, etc. Estamos longe de sermos comparados aos países que este PAN quer parecer !! Ridículo e Vergonhoso!
Trabalhem pela dignidade dos animais. Faça leis com punição e, em seguida, sim, você podem-se comparar a esses países!

Tudo o que está por detrás da da venda de animais é crueldade de produção de cachorrinhos sem condições e isso o OLX não vai verificar. Com tantos animais para adoptar, com tantos canils cheios, como é possível que se vendam animais? Por dinheiro e ganância, claro está!!
