署名活動についてのお知らせOH/Gloria Montgomery’s Case Needs to be reviewed. Three Years for her death is not enoughSOMEONE wants OUT of PRISON already

It’s only been a year

One year in prison

He wants out

He literally left his fiancé to rot, in his half double.   And messaged ME offering to help me look for her.

How sick is that?

He had his new girlfriend Toni the entire time Gloria laid in there, being defiled.

He actually sent Toni to the Vigil .. she pretended to care about Gloria .. but all she was doing was reporting back to him.

He’s diabolical.

One year is not enough.

I’m sending letters to the Prosecutors Office .. and dropping off all the signatures.

Please feel free to do the same.   Anything helps.

MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT

Defendant respectfully submits that a sanction other than a prison term would adequately

punish and protect the public from future criminal violations by Defendant because the applicable

factors indicating a lesser likelihood of recidivism outweigh the applicable factors indicating a

greater likelihood of recidivism and that a sanction other than a prison term would not demean the seriousness of the offense. R.C. 2929.20(J)(1). In support of the foregoing motion, Defendant

offers the following reasons in favor of being granted Judicial Release.

YOUR HONOR, FIRST, THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND CONSIDERATION OF MY REQUEST FOR JUDICIAL RELEASE

MY EXPERIENCE IN THE PRISON SYSTEM HAS NOT BEEN

WITHOUT MERIT. IT HAS TAUGHT ME ACCOUNTABILITY FOR MY ACTIONS, AS WELL AS NEW WAYS TO CORRECT BEHAVIOR. MY PAST BEHAVIOR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME ANY LONGER, AS I HAVE LEARNED OVER THE LAST YEAR

I WAS ABLE TO TRANSFER TO MADISON FROM BELMONT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY FAMILY'S ABILITY TO VISIT ME

THEY PROVIDE ME SUPPORT IN MY PROGRESS TO BECOME A PRODUCTIVE MEMBER OF SOCIETY.

I WILL HAVE PLACE

TO LIVE WITH MY GIRLFRIEND AS WELL AS A SUPPORT SYSTEM THROUGH MY ENTIRE FAMILY, TO CONTINUE TO GROW. I FEEL MYABILITY TO GUIDE MY CHILDREN-AND GRANDCHILDREN WILL CONTINUE TO BENEFIT ALL INVOLVED NO LONGER PUTTING MYSELF INTO SITUATIONS INVOLVING ALCOHOL

WILL GO A LONG WAY IN ASSURING I DON'T RETURN

TO THE BEHAVIOR THAT LANDED ME IN TROUBLE. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN PUNISHED ENDUGH IN THE LAST YEAR WITH MY INCARCERATION, AND THAT POST RELEASE CONTROL, WITH SANCTIONS, WOULD BE FAR MORE BENIFICAL TO MY DESIRE TO RE ENTER SOCIETY AS A BETTER MAN, FATHER, AND GRANDFATHER. I BECAME A “TAN PANTS" WORKER, OUTSIDE THE FENCE, WITHIN WEEKS OF MY ARRIVAL HERE, WORK AS A MECHANIC, CARWASHER, AND PORTER. IM ON THE WAITING LIST FOR AN ANGER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, BUT

MY WORK SCHEDUEL HASN'T ALLOWED FOR ANY OTHER

PROGRAMS AT THIS TIME. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY TICKETS, OR

ANY VIOLATIONS IN MY ENTIRE TIME IN tHE CORRECTIONS

SYSTEM. I HAVE HAD MANY COMMENTS FROM C.O.'s ON MY

5. WORK ETHIC, AND ABILITY TO FOLLOW RULES AND DIRECTIONS

I WOULD LIKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RETURN TO SOCIETY A

THIS TIME, TO SHOW MY ABILITY TO BE A PRODUCTIVE MEMBER

of my community, Thank YOU.
