We ask Takara Tomy to introduce official spare parts, improve durability and quality control, reduce forced full-set purchases and unnecessary packaging waste, and ensure stable access to essential competitive parts.

Competitive players often have to spend significantly more than necessary just to obtain the specific parts they need.

This is not just a complaint. It is a practical request for official spare parts, better durability, less waste, and fairer access to competitive play.

It is not only about cost, but also about repairability, sustainability, fair play, and long-term trust in the brand. This petition proposes practical solutions that can reduce waste and strengthen that trust.

WHY WE ARE WRITING
We, the undersigned (bladers, competitive players, parents, organizers, and clubs) ask for an evolution of the Beyblade X production and distribution model that reflects real competitive use. When a product is used in training and tournaments, it should be supported like sports equipment: accessible spare parts, consistent availability, and clear standards.

CURRENT PROBLEMS

• Waste and unnecessary purchases: players often need only 1–2 parts (Blade, Ratchet, Bit), but must buy a full set.
• Packaging waste and microplastics: more full purchases mean more packaging; worn plastic Bits also contribute to plastic waste over time.
• Speculative secondary market: rare or “meta” parts are resold with heavy markups, encouraging unhealthy market behavior.
• Returns and refunds: “I only needed one part” purchasing drives disputes, returns, and friction across the supply chain.
• Barrier to competitive play: replacing a worn part often requires buying an entire product again.

WHAT WE ASK FOR

A) OFFICIAL SPARE PARTS
Introduce official spare parts purchasable through standard packs for at least:

• Bits (tips)
• Ratchets
• Blades
• Necessary small parts for assembly where applicable

B) FIXED STANDARD PACKS (SIMPLE, SUSTAINABLE, CONTROLLABLE)
To limit packaging and SKUs while keeping the system fair, we propose fixed-content packs with clear composition rules.

BIT PACK (TIPS)

• 4 tips per pack
• Maximum 2 identical tips within one pack
• Purchase limit: maximum 5 Bit Packs per month per account
• Monthly anti-hoarding rule: across 5 Bit Packs total, maximum 2 copies per tip type (e.g., no more than 2 “Taper”, no more than 2 “Rush”, etc.)
• Goal: allow players to obtain the ~10 most-used tips with a spare (up to 20 tips/month) without enabling anyone to empty stock of a single type

BLADE PACK

• 2 Blades per pack
• 2 identical Blades allowed within one pack (useful for a spare)
• Purchase limit: maximum 5 Blade Packs per month per account
• Monthly anti-hoarding rule: across 5 Blade Packs total, maximum 2 copies per Blade type

RATCHET PACK

• 2 Ratchets per pack
• 2 identical Ratchets allowed, or two different Ratchets
• Purchase limit: maximum 5 Ratchet Packs per month per account
• Monthly anti-hoarding rule: across 5 Ratchet Packs total, maximum 2 copies per Ratchet type

IMPLEMENTATION (SUGGESTED)
Limits applied per customer/account ID (e-commerce), with reasonable anti-fraud checks (e.g., combination of account + payment method + address).
Exception: licensed businesses (authorized retailers/clubs) should be supplied through dedicated wholesale channels, separate from consumer shops.

C) END ARTIFICIAL SCARCITY FOR COMPETITIVE COMPONENTS
We ask for a clear availability policy:

• Periodic and predictable restocks for high-demand parts
• Ongoing availability for the most-used competitive types
• Transparent MSRP guidance and official restock communication

D) DURABILITY AND QUALITY CONTROL IMPROVEMENTS FOR METAL BLADES
We request measurable improvements to reduce breakage and forced replacements under repeated impacts:

• Materials/specifications: evaluate stricter alloy/spec targets (e.g. ACuZinc5) while maintaining regulatory weight and tolerances
• Process/QC: reduce porosity/internal defects through targeted checks and clear reject criteria
• Minimum testing standards: repeated-impact tests and objective acceptance criteria
  Note: we ask for a verifiable outcome (fewer breakages and fewer forced replacements), not one alloy “at any cost.”

E) RETURN & RECYCLE PROGRAM (RECOMMENDED)
Create a Return & Recycle pathway for worn components (especially metal), with incentives as store credit/discount on official spare parts.

EXPECTED BENEFITS

• Players/athletes: lower ongoing costs, fair access, fewer “must-buy-full-set” replacements
• Retailers: fewer returns/refunds, clearer demand, higher customer satisfaction
• Takara Tomy & licensed partners: healthier revenue through official spares, reduced gray-market speculation, stronger brand trust, less waste

REQUEST FOR AN OFFICIAL RESPONSE + PILOT
We request an official response and propose a 6–12 month pilot in one or more markets (DTC + retail), designed to scale worldwide.
Suggested metrics: reduction in returns/refunds, user satisfaction, reduced secondary-market speculation, reduced waste (packaging + worn parts).

CONCLUSION
Official spare parts sold through standard packs, predictable availability of key components, and improved durability/QC will make Beyblade X more sport-ready, fair, and sustainable—benefiting everyone.

私たち署名者（ブレーダー、競技者、保護者、運営者、クラブ）は、ベイブレードXの流通・生産モデルが、実際の「練習・大会」での使用実態に即した形へ進化することを求めます。競技環境で使われる製品はスポーツ用品と同様に、入手しやすいスペアパーツ、安定供給、明確な基準で支えられるべきです。

現状の課題

• 無駄な購入・廃棄の増加：必要なのはBlade／Ratchet／Bitのうち1～2点のみというケースが多い
• 梱包ごみ・マイクロプラスチックの懸念：完成品購入が増えるほど梱包が増え、Bit（樹脂部品）の摩耗は長期的にプラスチック廃棄につながる
• 二次流通での投機：希少部品や「メタ」部品が高額転売され、不健全な市場を助長
• 返品・返金の増加：特定部品目的の購入が、返品・返金トラブルを増やし流通全体の負担になる
• 競技への障壁：消耗した部品交換のために完成品一式を再購入しやすい構造

要望内容

A）公式スペアパーツの導入
少なくとも以下を、公式スペアパーツとして標準パックで購入可能にしてください。

• Bit（先端パーツ）
• Ratchet（ラチェット）
• Blade（ブレード）
• 必要に応じて組立に必要な小部品

B）固定内容の標準パック（簡潔・持続可能・管理可能）
包装資材とSKUを抑えつつ公平性を確保するため、内容固定の標準パックと明確な構成ルールを提案します。

BIT PACK

• 1パック4個
• 同一Bitは1パック内で最大2個まで
• 購入上限：アカウントあたり月5パックまで
• 月次の買い占め防止：合計5パックの範囲で、Bitの種類ごとに最大2個まで（例：「Taper」最大2個、「Rush」最大2個 等）
• 目的：競技で多用される約10種のBitを予備込みで確保可能にしつつ（最大月20個）、特定種類の在庫が買い占められる事態を防ぐ

BLADE PACK

• 1パック2枚
• 同一Blade2枚を許可（スペア用途）
• 購入上限：アカウントあたり月5パックまで
• 月次の買い占め防止：合計5パックの範囲で、Bladeの種類ごとに最大2枚まで

RATCHET PACK

• 1パック2個
• 同一Ratchet2個、または異なる2個を許可
• 購入上限：アカウントあたり月5パックまで
• 月次の買い占め防止：合計5パックの範囲で、Ratchetの種類ごとに最大2個まで

実装案
ECでは顧客ID／アカウント単位で上限を適用し、合理的な不正対策（例：アカウント＋決済手段＋住所の組合せ確認）を実施。
例外：公式ライセンスを持つ事業者（認定小売／認定クラブ等）は、一般消費者向けとは別の卸売専用チャネルで供給してください。

C）競技で重要な部品に対する人工的な希少化の停止

• 需要の高い部品の定期的かつ予測可能な再入荷
• 競技で頻用される種類の継続的な供給
• 推奨価格の透明化と再入荷スケジュールの公式告知

D）Blade（金属部品）の耐久性・品質管理（QC）改善

• 材料／仕様：規定重量・公差を維持しつつ、より厳格な合金／仕様（例：ACuZinc5）を検討
• 工程／QC：鋳造欠陥（内部欠陥・空隙等）の低減、明確な不良判定基準の設定
• 最低試験基準：繰り返し衝撃試験と客観的な合格基準
  注：求めているのは検証可能な結果（破損の減少、交換の強制が減る）です。

E）回収・リサイクル（推奨）
消耗部品の回収・リサイクル（Return & Recycle）を行い、公式スペア購入に使えるクレジット／割引等のインセンティブを付与してください。

期待される効果

• 競技者／消費者：継続コストの低減、公平なアクセス、完成品再購入の強制が減る
• 小売：返品・返金の減少、需要の見通し向上、顧客満足度向上
• タカラトミー／ライセンスパートナー：公式スペアによる健全な収益、グレー市場縮小、ブランド信頼の向上、廃棄物削減

世界展開を前提に、いずれかの市場（複数可）で6～12か月のパイロット（DTC＋小売）を提案します。
