Things to remember when you write,

• There is no such thing as silent fireworks, only slightly quieter ones. 
• The main problem is the random firework i.e. anytime, any day, from October to January mostly, but possible 365 days a year.
• 365 days possible use, is not a balance, between those who enjoy fireworks and those who don't.
