All of the elected officials depicted, Brown, Newsom, De Leon, Schaaf, Feinstein, Harris, Pelosi and Waters] are in violation of their oaths of office, jeopardizing our democratic republic, and are undermining the constitution under which our republic is founded. This serves as a petition to the United States Attorney General, Jefferson Sessions, to indict these individuals for violating their oaths and for deliberately disregarding the constitution of which they were elected to enforce and uphold.

Regardless if you are registered as a Democrat, Republican, Libertarian or Independent, it is your duty as an American to uphold the rule of law and marginalize those that would diminish our laws and our sovereignty. Several of these elected officials operate under federal jurisdiction. It therefore matters not if you aren't a resident of California; these extremists are trampling upon your rights nationwide.

All of the oaths of office include the following text by which these officials swore to and are at odds with:

"I (name) do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States... against all enemies foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of the United States... that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties upon which I am about to enter."

 Kevin de León, President pro Tempore of the California State Senate, publicly admitted his family's complicity in breaking not only immigration laws, but fraudulantly acquiring fake identification in order to receive services entitled to citizens and LEGAL aliens:

“Half of my family would be eligible for deportation under the executive order, because they got a false social security card, they got a false identification, they got a false driver’s license prior to us passing AB 60, they got a false green card, and anyone who has family members who are undocumented knows that almost entirely everybody has secured some sort of false identification.”

“That’s what you need to survive, to work,” he added. “They are eligible for massive deportation.”

De Leon is attempting to become a United States Senator!

 

Oakland Mayor Libbey Schaaf on publicly exclaimed her priority to look out for the best interests of Illegal Immigrants, even if they are violent criminals, over the law-abiding citizens that elected her:

Libby Schaaf released a statement Saturday to say she “learned from multiple reliable sources” that there could be a raid conducted by ICE in Oakland as early as the next day. She said the intention of the statement was to protect people and warn them, not to panic them.

Schaaf said she felt it was her “duty and moral obligation as mayor to give those families fair warning when that threat appears imminent," according to the Los Angeles Times.

The mayor also warned Oakland citizens that it was against recently passed California law for business owners to assist ICE officers in immigration enforcement efforts, and also now bans federal agents from accessing employee-only areas.

Her warning aligned with previous reports that Northern California police were not going to be cooperating with ICE agents to assist in the deportation of illegal immigrants living in the area.

After the mayor’s warning on Saturday of an impending ICE operation, at least four people were detained by federal agents on Sunday. It is unclear if the detentions, which were reported in Sacramento, Napa, and Monterey, were routine or part of the raid Schaaf warned about.

Schaaf said she would be willing to go to jail to defend the city’s status as a “sanctuary city,” which could be likely considering her actions could be a felony act.

Federal law states that if Schaaf is “knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation,” she could be subject to a fine and up to five years in prison for each illegal immigrant she warned of a potential ICE raid."

Through governor Jerry Brown's efforts, there are over 1M undocumented aliens with drivers licenses in California. That is 1 M people that pay zero state or federal income tax and do not carry car insurance. These same people relay upon tax payers to pay for their food, medical, school and legal fees.

While undoubtedly many make positive contributions to the communities in which they live, it is unfair for tax payers to shoulder their burdens without them make a fair contribution.

It is time for politicians to be more concerned with tax paying citizens and legal aliens, than those that are not here legally.
