Last week the President signed the bill authorizing NSF research spending in computer science, a small first step towards federal funding for expanding access to computer science in schools. As we close the chapter on the Obama administration's CS for All push, one of our coalition members, Code.org, has published a short memo titled "A trillion-dollar opportunity for America," with a message for the Trump administration laying out the argument for investing in computer science, with a focus on jobs.
