On November 9, 2019, my daughter was murdered by a repeat offender, on probation, who was in possession of a gun, and walked away!  Marion County Sheriff's Office didn't do gun residue testing that night.  They took the witnesses statements and tossed them aside.  They didn't provide enough evidence to the State Attorney and Chief of Homicide Prosecution, Rich Buxman, turned the case down to charge Moshe Ward with anything that resulted in Brooke's death.  Allowing Moshe to continue to walk the streets as a free man is terrifying for their children that watched their father kill their mother!  I want to get Moshe Lee Ward off the streets and charged with Brooke's murder, along with a slew of other charges, (endangering children, child abuse, weapon possession, VOP, breaking an injunction, repeat offender, and anything else possible).  I also want Christean Norton charged as well for putting the gun in the home of a convicted felon.  I want Marion County to question the right people. I want the kids re-interviewed! Please help me get justice for Brooke and her children.
