OCA Activity Update Pt.3

The OCA will continue to have a strong voice at the National meeting table. We will be available to answer questions at the spring zone meetings." I hope that as many people that can make it to the zone meeting do....and ask some tough questions around this issue, why the Board has not held a Special Meeting of the Executive yet, even though the Constitution calls for one when it is requested, and what steps is the Board taking to ensure this situation does not happen again?
