Mount Isa rate payers and other community members are strongly urged to come forward ASAP to provide your evidential information (verbal, written, photographic, video footage) to assist with confirming community concerns and complaints relating to MICC Councillors, CEO & Executive Staff, which will assist and contribute towards proactive investigative actions and resolutions.

The OIA has not advised or indicated they will publicly request any evidential information from the community to commence and conclude their investigation, regardless the allegations submitted to their office are very serious incidents of wrongdoing and local Council legislative behavioural and code of conduct breaches.

Currently all evidence provided to OIA has not been thoroughly investigated and is at a stand still and halted until further evidence from direct witnesses have been provided to their designated investigator.

QLD Ombudsman is still conducting investigations ! 

The appalling and unprofessional expectation from this organisation to divulge and disclose your full identity, residential address details and the identity and contact details of all in-confidence complainants before they progress to a full investigation of any complaints, totally disregards the privacy act, reality of retribution and reprisal issues and contradicts their organisations website stating, you have a legal right and choice to report wrongdoing and retain anonymity.

If you’ve had a gutful of all the B.S. and inaction against maladministration and fraud and corruption and comfortable with publicly disclosing any MICC Councillors & CEO/Executives wrongdoings, contact the OIA and QLD Ombudsman ASAP, to progress this investigative standstill.
