Unfortunately, Minister Osborne has permitted the cannabis retail store to open at 5784 University Blvd. and has lifted Schedule 13- that restricts smoking. To prevent the opening of this store, our next step is to convince the Electoral Area committee of Metro Vancouver to reject this cannabis retail store proposal.

How you can help:

Through your social connections, ask your neighbours and friends to sign this petition. Please inform them to include  their relationship with UBC ( ex. UBC students, UBC residents…)
Write an email to Metro Vancouver presenting your dissatisfaction on this topic and kindly ask them to oppose the cannabis application.
