Dear Supporters,
Sadly we report that the church organ has been sold and removed from the church. Although very disappointed it has been removed, it has gone on to a new home in a church in Germany.
But if you want to stop the rest of the internal fixtures of the church being removed, such as the beautiful mosaic under the stained glass windows, do email your objection to the Runnymede Planning Authority.
As a community-owned asset for the charitable benefit of the Longcross Garden Village, the internal features of the church would be preserved for all to see. We strongly believe the church can be a wonderful heritage place of community for the village.
Planning authorities do not consider petitions, so it is very important that you write to the planning authority directly to make your voice heard!
The planning application can be viewed on the link below where you will be able to view the planning submission including site plan, floor plans and elevation drawings (use the application number or postcode KT16 0DU in the search).
