Today we was informed by the planning inspectorate that the appeal was dismissed. 

This means the planning application will not be going ahead

The deadline to post responses to the planning inspectorate was the 1st November 2022

They did a site visit on the 5th July 2023

Today they announced their decision. 

It has been a long drawn out process but we have been successful today
