Hi, guys! Thank you so much for signing this petition to make it illegal to import and sell shark fins, shark meat and products to Norway.

I have been in contact the last month with the Norwegian government, The Department for Fisheries (and Ministry of Climate and the Environment) to be precise. In these days, on of the advisors will be presenting this case to the Minister of Fisheries and seafood, Odd Emil Ingebrigtsen. If that goes well, I will get the chance to meet him in person and hand over the signatures. And pherhaps have a meeting if I am really lucky. 

In the meantime, I believe it is more important than ever to show that we really care about the sharks. I therefore encourage you to:

1. Share this petition with friends and family (can we reach 4000 signatures!?)

2. Send an polite email to postmottak@nfd.dep.no (The Department for Fisheries) and tell them why you signed this petition
