Em decorrência de sua morte, o testamento de Elvis nomeou Lisa Marie Presley como sua única herdeira.
Em 1991 a mansão Graceland foi incluída no Registro Nacional de Locais Históricos, e em 2006, foi designada como Patrimônio Histórico Nacional.
Em 1981 Graceland foi aberta ao público com a autorização de Lisa Marie e seus representantes, e desde então a mansão já recebeu mais de 20 milhões de visitantes de todo o mundo se tornando a pedra angular do turismo do País devido unicamente à Elvis Presley.
Grande parte de nós fãs de Elvis em todo o mundo, acreditamos que Priscilla, ex-esposa de Elvis Presley, NÃO FAZ PARTE dessa memória histórica artística, cultural e patrimonial dele.
Analisando o testamento de Elvis percebemos que não havia nele nenhuma intenção de beneficiá-la com qualquer um de seus bens, deixando sua herança apenas aos membros CONSANGUÍNEOS da família.
Embora Priscilla tenha sido parte da história pessoal de Elvis, e ser mãe de Lisa Marie, ela mesma RENUNCIOU a esse direito familiar, ao divorciar-se dele em 1973.
Percebemos a mesma intenção manifestada por Elvis, em Lisa Marie, quando antes de sua morte, manifestou o desejo de que toda sua herança fosse passada apenas às suas três filhas, ou seja, aos Presleys CONSANGUÍNEOS.
Neste testamento de Lisa, existe também a total DESTITUIÇÃO de sua mãe Priscilla em qualquer envolvimento com a memória patrimonial e artística de Elvis Presley.
Riley Keough, filha de Lisa, além de sofrer a dor pela perda de sua mãe, viu-se pressionada diante de um Processo Judicial poucos dias após a sua morte, impetrado friamente pela própria avó, Priscilla, numa atitude extremamente calculista e insensível.
Neste processo, Priscilla se beneficiou com dinheiro, e o “direito” de ser enterrada em Graceland.
Esta atitude denuncia que as verdadeiras intenções de Priscilla não tem nada a ver com sentimentos, e sim com favorecimento próprio!
Soma-se à isso o fato de Priscilla, repetidas vezes denegrir a memória e imagem de Elvis, inclusive com a produção deste último filme desdenhoso e distorcido que leva seu nome.
Diante do exposto, e visando a preservação artística e patrimonial histórica de Graceland e de Elvis Presley, realizamos este abaixo-assinado.
REIVINDICAMOS que a ex-esposa de Elvis, Priscilla, NÃO seja sepultada em Graceland, pela preservação do espaço histórico cultural e artístico do local que segundo as leis sobre Lugares Históricos nos EUA, restringem mudanças que possam prejudicar a natureza da propriedade.
Faremos com que esse abaixo-assinado chegue às mãos de Riley Keough, aos representantes do Trust de Elvis, e ao órgãos Federais e Estaduais dos EUA para embargar essa possibilidade! Se você concorda, solicitamos que passe esse documento ao maior número possível de fãs em todo o mundo.

Como resultado de su muerte, el testamento de Elvis nombró a Lisa Marie Presley como su única heredera.
En 1991, la mansión Graceland se agregó al Registro Nacional de Lugares Históricos y, en 2006, fue designada Monumento Histórico Nacional.
En 1981 Graceland se abrió al público con la autorización de Lisa Marie y sus representantes, y desde entonces la mansión ha recibido más de 20 millones de visitantes de todo el mundo, convirtiéndose en la piedra angular del turismo del país debido únicamente a Elvis Presley.
La mayoría de los fanáticos de Elvis en todo el mundo creemos que Priscilla, la ex esposa de Elvis Presley, NO ES PARTE de su memoria histórica artística, cultural y patrimonial.
Analizando el testamento de Elvis, nos dimos cuenta de que en él no había intención de beneficiarla con ninguno de sus bienes, dejando su herencia sólo a los miembros consanguíneos de la familia.
Aunque Priscilla formó parte de la historia personal de Elvis, y fue madre de Lisa Marie, ella misma renunció a esta familia justo al divorciarse de él en 1973.
La misma intención expresada por Elvis la notamos en Lisa Marie, cuando antes de su muerte expresó el deseo de que toda su herencia pasara sólo a sus tres hijas, es decir, a los Presley DE SANGRE.
En el testamento de Lisa consta también la DESESTITUCIÓN total de su madre Priscilla en cualquier implicación con la memoria patrimonial y artística de Elvis Presley.
Riley Keough, la hija de Lisa, además de sufrir el dolor de perder a su madre, se encontró pocos días después de su muerte ante un proceso legal, interpuesto fríamente por su propia abuela, Priscilla, en una actitud extremadamente calculadora e insensible.
En este proceso, Priscilla se benefició con dinero y el “derecho” a ser enterrada en Graceland.
¡Esta actitud revela que las verdaderas intenciones de Priscilla no tienen nada que ver con los sentimientos, sino con el favor propio!
A esto se suma el hecho de que Priscilla denigrara en repetidas ocasiones la memoria y la imagen de Elvis, incluida la producción de esta última película despectiva y distorsionada que lleva su nombre.
En vista de lo anterior, y con el objetivo de la preservación artística e histórica de Graceland y Elvis Presley, hemos firmado esta petición.

As a result of his death, Elvis' will named Lisa Marie Presley as his sole heir.
In 1991, the Graceland mansion was added to the National Register of Historic Places, and in 2006, it was designated a National Historic Landmark.
In 1981 Graceland was opened to the public with the authorization of Lisa Marie and her representatives, and since then the mansion has received more than 20 million visitors from all over the world, becoming the cornerstone of the country's tourism due solely to Elvis Presley.
Most of us Elvis fans around the world believe that Priscilla, Elvis Presley's ex-wife, IS NOT PART of his historical artistic, cultural and heritage memory.
Analyzing Elvis' will, we realized that there was no intention in it of benefiting her with any of her assets, leaving her inheritance only to blood members of the family.
Although Priscilla was part of Elvis's personal history, and was Lisa Marie's mother, she herself renounced this family right when divorcing him in 1973.
We noticed the same intention expressed by Elvis, in Lisa Marie, when before her death, he expressed the desire that his entire inheritance be passed only to his three daughters, that is, to the CONSAGUINEUS Presleys.
In Lisa's will, there is also the total EXCLUSION of her mother Priscilla in any involvement with the patrimonial and artistic memory of Elvis Presley.
Riley Keough, Lisa's daughter, in addition to suffering the pain of the loss of her mother, found herself facing a legal process a few days after her death, coldly filed by her own grandmother, Priscilla, in an extremely calculating and insensitive attitude.

WE DEMAND that Elvis's ex-wife, Priscilla, NOT be buried at Graceland, for the preservation of the historic cultural and artistic space of the place which, according to the laws on Historic Places in the USA, restrict changes that could harm the nature of the property.
We will ensure that this petition reaches the hands of Riley Keough, the representatives of the Elvis Trust, and US Federal and State bodies to block this possibility! If you agree, we ask that you pass this document on to as many fans as possible around the world.
