Justice for Lucy, a cat , she was tortured for months by a roommate , by a financial advisor called  Declan Garrity, 24 . He worked at Barclay's in NYC , after coming from Northern Ireland.  He was on facebook . He skipped his court date in NYC , and is in Contempt of Court  . He is now a fugitive.

It 's Felony Animal Abuse. He has an outstanding arrest warrant in NYC .The female who owns the cat got a Restraining Order against him .

She was found by her owner with her paw facing the wrong direction , and with burn marks on her fur.
