We the undersigned requests NYC DOT to STOP the Clock on the Chinatown Marker art installation due to lack of community representation and involvement til more community partners and residents have been added onto the selection panel.  The marker was intended to represent the immigrant communities of Chinatown and Little Italy and this proposed submission does not convey that nor does it meet any elements of the RFP.  We further request more transparency with this project going forward.
