Update on Our Petition: 1,000+ Signatures in Less Than a Day!
Alhamdulillah! 🎉 We have reached 1,000 signatures in less than a day, and our voices are being heard.

The Ministry has announced that a new phase will open at any time! However, to prevent congestion, they will not disclose the exact date in advance.

We made four key demands, and three of them have now been fulfilled—Alhamdulillah! We sincerely thank the Ministry and Nusuk for listening to us. This shows that when we unite, our voices become stronger!

🔹 One Last Issue Left to Address:
Many pilgrims faced delays not due to their own fault, but because of Nusuk’s technical issues and the one-month delay after Phase 1. If someone is unable to secure a package in the new phase, they should not be forced to pay service fees. The 14-day refund rule should not apply in this case because the delay after phase 1st was not our mistake.

Our Key Demands:

✅ 3. Improving the booking system – ✅ Fulfilled!
