Mandate all nursing home and rehab facilities to Increase the CNA to resident RATIO! Currently 10 to 20 people are cared for by ONE CNA!
some shifts schedule ONE CNA to 40 residents requiring ALOT of care.
1:7 seems more humane!!! Please help!
