Temporary resident children are not eligible for these vouchers, even when they were struggling in the same situation as the rest of the residents. Their families pay taxes and pay tuition fees for the public school ($5,600 - $6,400). These vouchers can make a big difference for these kids to access to any extra activity, and they can mark a difference in their future.
