This cause comes from a deeply personal space. There is a growing concern about groups of people residing in the United States, Canada, and other parts of the globe who are extending their support to ISIS (Khurasan Movement). This group of people strongly endorse the ISIS Khurasan movement and openly promotes violent and extremist ideology in the Western World.  The following movement calls themselves the NRF (Northern Resistance Forces), and it is believed that the NRF has had historical ties with the Iranian regime since Qasem Sulaimani and even now they are receiving financial and military support from the Regime. There are many interviews and written documents in which the NRF members openly endorse ISIS and the Iranian regime against the Taliban. 

This is not a distant issue—it's a genuine problem that directly and indirectly impacts us all. In 2021, after the collapse of the Afghan government, most of these Khurasanis moved to the USA, Canada, Europe, and other countries, which can be a great threat to the following countries.  The most recent incident was in 2024 when the NRF supporters and members had a violent and uncivilized gathering and display in California and European countries. 

The United Nations in its 22nd report of the Analytical Support and Sanctions Monitoring Team concerning ISIL (Da'esh), Al-Qaida, and associated individuals and entities, has stated an upsurge in the activities of ISIS in the Afghanistan region. The report highlights that ISIS (Khurasan) has the potential to pose a regional and international security threat.

We request that policymakers and law enforcement agencies prioritize efforts to stop these supporters. Their beliefs are a breeding ground for violence and discord, undermining the social fabric. We must unite to lobby for banning any organizations and individuals who promote extremist ideology and exhibit sympathy for terrorist groups within the United States, Europe, and around the world.
