eComment: Submit online via the Novato eComment Portal; go to the meeting agenda (item I)

Option 2: Live Remote Comment (per call-in Zoom/or phone). If you want to speak live but wait from home, use the active Zoom and phone instructions and links found on the official City Council Agenda page.
Option 3: In-Person Public Comment: Join us at City Hall (901 Sherman Ave) at 6:00 PM. Fill out a speaker card and hand it to the City Clerk. Comments are limited to 2–3 minutes.
IMPORTANT TIMING UPDATE: This is the last item (item I ) on a long agenda and includes a 40-minute presentation. Public comment will happen late in the evening. If you cannot stay so long at City Hall, please use the remote options!
