Marin IJ Editorial: Hamilton Properties Deserve a Wide-Open Process

The Marin IJ editorial board has also determined that the process that was proposed by Council member Eric Lucan and endorsed by Council member Denise Athas and Mayor Josh Fryday is a step backwards in transparency for the Hamilton Town Center. Under the council's plan, proposals for development would be reviewed in CLOSED session by the council and only "viable" ones would be presented to the public.
