Email City Council by 2 p.m TODAY, July 25

Hi Neighbors, Please email your city council at novatocouncil@novato.org by 2 p.m. today so that your comments will be included in the Council Packet on this issue. It is Item J-10 on the agenda. Restate that you do not want to see infill housing at the Hamilton Town Center. This area should be preserved in accordance with the Hamilton Reuse Plan. Hamilton has already exceed the housing requirement planned for this community with infill housing at the Landing, Hideaway, C' Street (pending) and Hamilton Cottages. Ask your council members for support of establishing a Legacy Fund where the proceeds of the sales of city properties at Hamilton will be used for community facilities at Hamilton. If you read the timeline on this agenda, the council vote on this issue will not occur until November 14. After the election. Thank you, -Tracey Ruiz toruiz@yahoo.com
