Phase 2/3/4: Add a kitchen to the Community Center. Bocce ball facility at south end of the parcel (former NCO Club) Or a small event space/gallery at south end of the parcel (former NCO Club) Partner with non-profit to establish a wetlands restoration education center. Where does the money come from? The sale of other vacant city properties at Hamilton as original owners have been told was the plan.
