BACK TO THE LAND, Marshdale and Salt Springs Water Ceremonies November 14th 2026

Join Us and please share!
People across Pictou County and beyond are coming together to say WE CAN DO BETTER than the two fossil-fuel peaker plants planned for Marshdale and Salt Springs.
Our movement is growing and we’ve had some wins. Now it is time to return to the power of these lands and waters and community.
Mark your calendar for a powerful day on the land and in community next to the two proposed gas plant sites…and then we’ll feast together!
Ceremony. Potluck. Information. Letters. Community.
Ceremonies will be led by Pictou Landing Knowledge Holder.
Everyone welcome.
