To the Student Body:
We promised action. We delivered.
As of this afternoon, we, The CBA Student, have formally transmitted the Administrative Complaint and Petition for Impeachment to:
Hon. Jay Cze S. Dador (USG President)
The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS)
The Charges Filed: We have formally accused Governor Chiara Isabelle S. Arizabal and the CBA-SG of:
- Gross Negligence: Citing the "100 Medics Incident" where students were endangered due to lack of safety protocols [cite: Evidence A].
- Abuse of Authority: Citing the systematic intimidation of students and the summoning of JPIA and ECOSOC Officers to the Dean’s Office today.
- Loss of Confidence: Supported by the resignation of the Vice Governor and over 200 verified student signatures.
To the JPIA and ECOSOC Officers: We know you faced the Administration today at 2:30 PM. We do not know what was said behind closed doors, but know this: This complaint was filed to protect you. You should not be punished for the failures of your Governor.
What Happens Next: The ball is now in the USG's court. They have the evidence. They have the signatures. They have the testimonies.
If they ignore this, they are complicit.
If they act, justice begins.
We are watching, President Dador.
Sign the Petition. Keep the Pressure On.
From The CBA Student, to the CBA student.
