Impeach Elected Judge Gloria E. Lopez of the 308th Family District Court who signed a GAG Order on the case because she chose Associate Judge Ryan Salfiti, to sign the Order to place Maleah and Peyton back home with Brittany and Derion. CPS Worker Marquise Williams, Ad Lit em Jared Woodfill guardian/attorney, also was a Republican Party Chairman whose Office was raided about a few months ago were all assigned to the case concerning Maleah Davis who was hospitalized suffering from a traumatic head injury in August of 2018. Brittany Bowens the mother stated that Maleah Davis had fallen off of a chair and hit her head on a marble table. Doctor who treated Maleah stated that the type of injury Maleah sustained caused her to lose half of her cranium was inconsistent with what Brittany Bowens said happened. CPS Worker for Maleah stated that both parents, mother Brittany Bowens and biological father Craig Davis were accused of Physical Abuse and Neglectful Supervision to Maleah and her 7 year old brother Peyton. On February 18, 2019 Maleah Davis and her brother were returned home with their mother Brittany Bowens, step father Derion Vence which I believe was totally unfair to both children especially Maleah. Judge Gloria E. Lopez stated that she didn't know whether Brittany Bowens or Craig Davis caused the abuse to Maleah Davis. Really? After being placed back with her mother Brittany Bowens and Derion Venice, Maleah Davis kept being abused as a result and was murdered, dumped, and was thrown away like garbage in a black plastic bag where Maleah's blood and remains were found due to decomposition on the side of the road in Hope Arkansas May 2019. Derion Vence who was Maleah's stepfather confessed to where her remains could be found. It was not In The Best Interest of said child Maleah Davis or Peyton to return back home with Brittany Bowens and Derion Vence. A place which was supposed to be called home but instead became Maleah's death warrant in a danger zone. Judge Gloria E. Lopez of the 308th Family District Court, of the State of Texas Harris County sit in Judge Ryan Salfiti, and Jared Woodfill of Department of Family and Protective Services FAILED to protect Maleah Davis from such a tragedy that stunned the entire Nation/Houston's Baby. The case should have been looked at more carefully by all those who were involved in placing Maleah's life into the hands of those monsters Brittany Bowens and Derion Vence. Had the right decision been made surrounding all the evidence that clearly showed signs of Physical Abuse and Neglectful Supervision done to Maleah by her own mother Brittany Bowens, Craig Davis, Derion Vence, Maleah would be alive. Safety and Protection should have been the main priority for Maleah who was only 4 years old and who will never get the chance to live her precious life. The System and those involved contributed to Maleah's life which ended in death. Again I say, "It Was Not In The Best Interest Of Maleah Davis". Change has to be made when deciding where and whom to place a child with. Children absolutely shouldn't be placed in any home where a child is in imminent danger. The System is supposed to protect and keep the children safe from all hurt, harm, and danger. All those who were involved in Maleah's life that placed Maleah in harms way is just as guilty of Maleah's death. It seems that no one took the Case seriously. Pure Negligence.
