We are calling on the Northern Territory Government to introduce altruistic Surrogacy laws that allow intending parents and surrogates equal rights as all other Australians have access too.

Currently, the Northern Territory is the only state or territory in all of Australia without legislation around this meaning intending parents or potential surrogates are having to leave the Territory in order to create a family.
