On Thursday 22 February 2018, Northamptonshire County Council will make the final decision on budget changes in a full council meeting. This includes the decision as to whether they will make cuts to the 499 bus service as they have proposed.

If this goes ahead, we will be losing a vital transportation link, leaving passengers unable to get to and from work and school and isolating people in the villages that have no other means to travel.

We hope that Northamptonshire County Council will reconsider these proposed cuts and agree keep the full 499 bus service running.
