Stop the County Council Cutting Subsidies for Girlguiding and Youth Groups

Stop the County Council Cutting Subsidies for Girlguiding and Youth Groups
The Issue
3rd Barton Seagrave Brownies and many other groups around the county look set to lose the subsidy they receive from Northants County Council. At the moment the group pay a reduced rate to the County Council to hire the school hall where they meet.
Brownies is for all girls aged seven to ten. Girls in Brownies have incredible experiences together, make brilliant friends and discover the world around them. Every time they meet up, groups of Brownies learn new skills and take on challenges as they work out what they want to be and do in the future.
Girlguiding is a charity and the only money we receive in, is the termly fee charged to parents.
