Stop Little Rascals UK from being able to renew their dog breeding license

The Issue

Little Rascals UK is a dog breeders based in Brant Broughton, Lincoln which are asserting to being the largest puppy farm in Britain. They currently hold 149 breeding females and 59 stud dogs on their premises - these numbers mean that Little Rascals UK is capable of breeding over 1000 puppies a year, for profit.

No dog chooses to be born. Every puppy bred or farmed for profit means there is one home fewer for a dog awaiting adoption at a rescue centre. Society has a duty to be responsible about the number of dogs bred, and to limit the numbers to those who can be properly homed and cared for. Thousands of dogs in need of homes are waiting in rescue centres whilst breeders continue to add to an already oversized dog population.

Little Rascals UK have held a breeding licence, issued by North Kesteven District Council, to breed puppies for over 10 years. Two documentaries have been broadcast condemning their practices as the largest breeders in England, commenting on the poor welfare of the dogs in their care.

Little Rascals UK breeding licence is due for renewal on 17th October 2017 and we will not sit back and allow this to continue for another year.

Please sign our petition and write a letter or email to North Kesteven District Council, urging them NOT to renew the breeding licence of Little Rascals UK.
