Thank you for your continued support in our campaign. Our strategy will change in 2027 if Mr. Blocker is not released prior to then. The sentencing for the burglary and kidnapping charges are running concurrently. They never released him from his arrest in 2007 to trial date 2008. His 20 years Max will be satisfied for two charges. 

The rape carries the life without parole capital punishment. We are still waiting for the final DNA testing to be completed.

Yeah, we could sue, but it's all political. No one has ever cared about the truth of this case. Even the primary witness said that she was not hurt in the 2021 release of the trial transcripts. Yet, Mr. Blocker still has the capital punishment charge hanging over his head.
