So Grateful that we

• Got Michael's 2008 trial transcripts released in 2021 - setting the momentum for other Augusta, Georgia cases to also receive their previously denied transcripts.
• Got two chief judges retired off the bench in 2024
• Got confirmation that the internal vaginal DNA was NEVER tested for a match against Michael's DNA. It was only screened for male DNA and very little was found which is why they only tested for an EXTERNAL DNA match. Michael owned up to the burglary on day one  The American dream is being stolen every day right now. Stealing does NOT carry a life sentence. RAPE does! Michael needs that internal vaginal DNA tested.

The District attorney office acknowledged our attorney's request for this testing to be done, but no action has been taken in over a year.

Just like the US Supreme Court, if the political players are not in alignment for true justice, then we have to wait for the right timing. 

In the meantime, Supporters can reach out to the Augusta Georgia district attorney office to expedite Michael's testing request for a match. 

We all know that the DNA will NOT match or the testing would have already been completed by now. Period.

Life without Parole is EXCESSIVE without an internal vaginal DNA match. Let's finish the process. Test the internal vaginal DNA to exclude Michael and release him from maximum security prison.
