Attached is a 2016 article where I found some cases associated with Judge J. Randal Hall. I saw a pattern.

1) Brevity. The hearings were over before they got started.

2) There was a "do not publish" notation, but apparently, someone accidentally published the cases anyway.

I feel that Michael's December 2010 Habeas fit the same pattern for brevity, and since I could not find anything online, there was probably a "do not publish" notation on his file as well.
