Because of the capital sentencing, even on best behavior, Michael  Christopher Blocker can not be moved to a lower security prison.

As of last week, his phone usage and email communication is being restricted.

I have written President Biden and named Federal judge J. Randal Hall for denial of certificate of appeal on the case that brought him a nomination. I have named Judges Danny Craig, Ashley Wright, and James Blanchard, Jr for trying to mask Michael's case as non-jury and denying the release of   two full days of trial transcripts.

Furthermore, the unlawful guilty plea is on file associated with his capital punishment sentencing. The FBI who don't owe these judges any political favors should be able to clean this  corruption up.

Prison costs the family money. Capital sentencing an innocent man for a long line of promotions in Augusta Georgia regional area may undo the promotions, but these judges were not smart enough to figure out how to correct this situation like adults within the last six years. They all need to be disbarred. They aren't ethical and making the whole bench look bad in the Augusta Georgia region. They should not be above correction.
