We are excited to receive word that a judge is reviewing case law surrounding Michael's trial transcripts.

Michael Christopher Blocker has repeatedly requested the transcripts of the two days of jury trial that he waited in jail a whole year for.  The court system of Augusta, Georgia has never provided these transcripts.

Because Michael is serving capital punishment as it relates to excessive sentencing for crimes that he did not commit, any ethical court setting would allow a trial verdict so that the integrity of the Justice system remains in tact.

The family is anxiously awaiting a favorable response. We are hoping that these trial transcripts will reinforce the need for a certificate of appeal and we all can move on  to happier times.

This is going into our SIXTH year of the #exonerateMichael campaign fighting the good fight.  We pray that we are close to showing the world the truth of what happened for two days prior to being under duress and trapped into capital punishment.
