Happy New Year 2019! Sunday was Michael's birthday. I visited him by the way of the "Midnight train to Georgia" and then some. Anyway, besides him being shackled hands and feet along with a "no contact" visit (glass barrier), it was the first time in about thirty years that we saw each other.  I told him the animated versions of the movies that I saw including "Bumblebee" an "Aquaman." He asked about his son. Overall, Michael looks like a normal working citizen. He has been exercising. He can easily merge back into society. Visitation did help with the humanity side of Mike's future merge. The prison staff was exemplary. The facility looks like a beast with all the barbwire, but they have some good hearted people working there. 

The awesome news is that Mike's financial account is cleared, and we are trying to find an attorney for the writ of certarori to make the lower court honor our motion to dismiss the 2007 grand jury indictment. I have sacrificed a great deal to finish this fight. My family is due restitution for the compounded injustices that Mike and the family has endured. I'm planning on making 2019 a very Happy New Year.
