Michael has better phone access; yet, he is still not in protective custody. The sentence computation report that he sent to me was printed the same day as my last petition update (11/15/2018).  I am not sure which came first but the only name with authority specifically identified on the document is Daniel J. Craig as District Attorney. Judge name says: Presiding Judge.  No Assistant D.A. Identified.  The Rape charge says "Life with Parole," but Tentative Parole Date says "Parole Ineligible" (assuming due to recividism). His Birthday is at the end of the month.  I am hoping to visit him during that time.
