The prison dorm has been on Lockdown so it has been quiet for some days now.  The acknowledgement from the clerks of the Supreme Court of Justice lets me know that our story has been heard.  Thank you for continuing to support Michael's release. He has been trying to cope with this injustice and delayed correction for going on eleven years. We pray that someone can finish up this process.  The motion for grand jury indictment dismissal is on his case management records.  We have NOT received a favorable reply from the Augusta, Georgia public defenders office to fix this situation.  I don't even know if any amount of money will correct this injustice unless the "untouchables" who railroaded Michael into a life sentence without parole are indicted.  Since Governor Deal appointed (promoted) "those guilty of this injustice," maybe after he is gone in November 2018, we can get some justice and restitution.
