Dismissal of Grand Jury Indictment

Michael has been in possession of the motion to be filed for over two weeks, but no access to a notary, limited phone access, and another facility transfer on a three day Holiday weekend has been a hinderance. Whenever this type of "prison dance" begins, it usually means we are headed in the right direction, but those in power are the gatekeepers. We have no intention of giving up. Since FBI special agents Chuck McKee and Mac Butts visited Michael at Telfair State Prison in March 2016, I am hoping that it will not be much longer before the FBI is able to assist in correcting this blatant injustice.
