I received the copy of Judge J. Randal Hall denial from Michael Blocker. I did not see Sam Olens signature on this document as reported in my previous petition update even though change of venue and direct Georgia Attorney General input was requested. I am unclear if Michael received an additional document surrounding Sam Olens input. I am waiting for clarification. Regardless, the denial took three months to respond with a reckless one paragraph of ridicule. The heist on my bank account is being investigated. Taking money away from my current financial obligations to pay for a 2007 old credit card debt is beyond reasonable. The heist took place on October 3, 2016 and the denial of a hearing was signed October 5, 2016. I would call this the Augusta, GA retaliation week for the rackeeteers!
