Michael Blocker's motion for reconsideration was DENIED and Attorney General Sam Olens signed off on the denial next to Judge J. Randal Hall's signature according to the message given to me. Governor Deal just announced another Georgia Attorney General will start November 1, 2016 since Sam Olens accepted a position as President of Kennesaw State University. According to initial reports, some students lead protests about the cronyism and dissatisfaction of Olens as President. Michael's motion for consideration had been pending since end of June 2016, but Olens wanted to personally DENY him a hearing before leaving office. If we did not have a good argument, then they would have granted us a hearing. However, they continue to deny us a habeas corpus (hearing) because it would confirm the corruption of those in office in Augusta, Georgia. In addition, it is probably safe to say that I made someone so mad that they heisted my business bank account. My available balance went to a NEGATIVE $42K in the form of a bank levy. They wiped me out like a thief in the middle of the night. It was done so smoothly that I know that they have mastered extortion. Mark Schmitt suffered similar financial attacks in 2010 by the same set of judges. They heisted his retirement account along with another account. The Consumer Finance Protection Bureau was not in existence at the time to my knowledge nor was social media as powerful as it is now. My bank has now refunded all fees associated with the heist of my account, and I am waiting for the Sheriff to RETURN my monies. The "racketeering team" cleaned my account out. Left it negative. Thank God for Social media. Thank God Georgia is getting a new Attorney General focused on public corrption. Augusta, Ga needs to be cleaned up. Maybe North Carolina will extradite the Racketeering Team from Georgia to NC and indict them on every last extortion count they are guilty of. Wishful thinking-I know. In the meantime, the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau is investigating. The National Credit Union Administration is also investigating. Hopefully, the FBI will prevent some of these people from being re-elected in November 2016 since some corrupt judge(s) and attorney(s) are running uncontested due to intimidation of others who are afraid of getting their bank account extorted!
