Extraordinary Monertary Relief Action Plan For Working Class

Low-Income and Middle-Income working class is grappling to make ends meet. People are under serious debt-distress. Arbitrary action of Employers and Companies towards their Workers and Employees by deducting/reducing their salaries and taking coercive action such as laying-off workers by forcing them to resign without forming a workplace consultative committee or relying on any practical wisdom, is immoral. 

The Grievance Cell of Ministry of Labour and Employment has come to no avail towards workers and their grievances for non payment of salaries and dues as well as illegal discharge of workers which is why this petition has been started to raise the voice of workers and employees against the administrative paralysis.The Petition seeks the necessary monetary reliefs from the Government for Employers which in-turn can benefit the employees and workers.
