Dear Friends, 

With respect to the "No water No Tax" suit we had filed, we have cleared the first hurdle. Just received the message today so sharing the updates. 

The Case papers were approved with the state commission. We had to do a lot of to and fro due to certain jurisdiction issues. This required me to travel to Mumbai couple of times. But finally we have the approval. The first hearing should happen soon. 

NEXT STAGE: There will be an admission hearing soon. This is a critical step, not only because it will decide if our case has merit but also cause we have applied for a representation suit to take this matter up on behalf of Bavdhan. Will keep youll posted.
